YOUTH S.A.S
(Speed-Agility-Strength (K-6th)
Help your child build a solid athletic foundation with our S.A.S class, designed specifically for young athletes. In this program, we focus on developing speed, agility, and strength through engaging conditioning drills that keep kids excited to train. We believe that ages 6-12 are the prime years for kids to adapt and grow through training, which is why our sessions include fun games and challenges that enhance coordination and athleticism. Strength development is centered around bodyweight movements to ensure safe, age-appropriate progress.
SPEED-JUMP-POWER
(7th-12th)
Take your athletic performance to the next level with our Speed, Jump, and Power class. Tailored for athletes from junior high to college, this program is designed to enhance speed, explosiveness, and overall athletic ability. Our trainers assess each athlete to pinpoint areas for improvement—whether it’s mobility, strength, coordination, or elasticity—and provide the right knowledge, equipment, and training techniques. Whether you’re preparing for the next level or sharpening your ability, this class will help you excel in every aspect of your performace.
